Reporting a game issue
Tell us the game version, level number, what you tapped, and what happened. The browser name and whether you are using a phone or computer are helpful too. If you include a screenshot, crop out unrelated tabs and personal details.
For a cat that seems blocked unexpectedly, include its head direction and the cats still on the board. For a loading issue, mention whether refreshing the page changes the result.
The troubleshooting page provides safe first checks. You can also open Progress & settings and select Copy diagnostics. Review its local preview before copying it into your email; nothing is submitted automatically.
Questions about your save
Progress is stored in your browser, so we cannot look it up or restore it from a player account. Before clearing site data, follow the backup and restore guide. For a rejected import, tell us the preview error and keep the original backup intact; do not send a complete save unless it is needed for an agreed investigation. The play guide explains stars, hints and level unlocks.
